Scope<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            \nThese General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts\n            for psychological counseling, coaching, and\n            reflection services between\n            <strong>Resonanzraum \u2013 Psychological Counseling<\/strong>\n            and the respective client.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Any deviating agreements are only valid if they have been expressly\n            agreed upon in writing.\n          <\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"services\">\n\n          <h2>2. Nature and Scope of the Counseling Services<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            \nResonanzraum offers psychological counseling for personal,\n            professional, and interpersonal issues.\n            Depending on the client\u2019s concerns, elements from the following\n            approaches may be incorporated:\n          <\/p>\n\n          <ul>\n            <li>systemic counseling,<\/li>\n            <li>person-centered counseling according to Carl Rogers,<\/li>\n            \n<li>reflective and therapeutic writing,<\/li>\n            <li>resource- and solution-oriented methods.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n\n          <p>\n            The focus and goal of the counseling will be jointly determined during the initial consultation or\n            over the course of the counseling relationship.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"contract\">\n\n          <h2>3. Formation of the Counseling Agreement<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            A counseling agreement is formed as soon as an appointment\n            \nhas been bindingly agreed upon and confirmed by Resonanzraum.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Appointments may be scheduled, in particular, via email,\n            by phone, through a contact form, or via a\n            booking system, if used.\n          <\/p>\n          \n<p>\n            The client is obligated to provide\n            complete and accurate information when scheduling the appointment.\n          <\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"appointments\">\n\n          <h2>4. Appointments and Duration<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            \nAppointments are scheduled on an individual basis. The duration depends\n            on the specific service booked.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Unless otherwise agreed, the\n            session begins and ends at the confirmed time. In the event of a late arrival\n            the missed time generally cannot be made up,\n            if subsequent appointments are scheduled.\n          <\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"fees\">\n\n          <h2>5. Fees and Terms of Payment<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            \nThe fees published at the time of booking or\n            individually agreed upon apply.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            The fee is due after the session or upon receipt of the respective\n            invoice. Payment is made as\n            agreed, for example by bank transfer or via another\n            offered payment method.\n          <\/p>\n          \n<p>\n            For counseling packages, separate payment terms\n            may be agreed upon.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <div class=\"rr-legal-highlight\">\n            <p>\n              <strong>Note:<\/strong>\n              The costs of psychological counseling are generally\n              not covered by statutory health insurance.\n              Clients are generally responsible for covering the costs themselves.\n            \n<\/p>\n          <\/div>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"cancellation\">\n\n          <h2>6. Cancellations and No-Show Fees<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            \nScheduled appointments are binding.\n            You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to\n            <strong>24 hours before the scheduled appointment<\/strong>.\n          <\/p>\n          \n<p>\n            In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the\n            agreed-upon fee may be charged in full or in part as a cancellation fee\n            provided the appointment cannot be rescheduled\n            to another client.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            In the event of an unavoidable absence or in justified exceptional cases\n            an individual arrangement may be made.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            If Resonanzraum must cancel an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible\n            . No further claims may be made\n            under any circumstances.\n          <\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"online-counseling\">\n\n          <h2>7. Online Counseling<\/h2>\n          \n<p>\n            Online counseling sessions take place via a previously agreed-upon\n            communication service. The client is\n            responsible for ensuring they have suitable technical equipment,\n            a stable internet connection, and a private,\n            undisturbed space.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            In the event of technical difficulties, both parties will endeavor to\n            resume the session as soon as possible. If this is not possible, a joint\n            decision will be made as to whether the session will continue by phone or\n            be rescheduled.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Recording the session is not permitted without the prior express\n            consent of both parties.\n          <\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"participation\">\n\n          <h2>8. Personal Responsibility and Active Participation<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            \nPsychological counseling is a collaborative, open-ended\n            process. The client decides independently\n            which topics to raise and which suggestions to act upon.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            A specific personal, health-related, professional, or\n            financial outcome cannot be guaranteed.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            The client agrees to truthfully disclose relevant\n            information\u2014particularly regarding existing mental or\n            physical health issues\u2014to the extent that\n            such information is relevant to the counseling.\n          <\/p>\n        \n<\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"distinction\">\n\n          <h2>9. Distinction from Psychotherapy and Medical Treatment<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            Resonanzraum offers psychological counseling and\n            not medical psychotherapy. No mental\n            disorders are diagnosed or treated.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            The counseling does not replace a medical, psychiatric, or\n            psychotherapeutic examination, diagnosis, or treatment.\n          <\/p>\n          \n<p>\n            If there is suspicion of a mental\n            illness requiring treatment, or if such a need becomes apparent over the course of counseling,\n            a recommendation may be made to seek medical or\n            psychotherapeutic help.\n          <\/p>\n        \n<\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"crises\">\n\n          <h2>10. Acute Crises and Emergencies<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            Resonanzraum is not a crisis intervention center and does not offer\n            an emergency service.\n          <\/p>\n          \n<p>\n            In cases of acute danger to oneself or others, suicidal thoughts, or\n            a severe mental health crisis, professional\n            emergency assistance must be sought immediately.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <div class=\"rr-legal-highlight\">\n            <p>\n              \nIn acute emergencies, please contact the\n              <strong>emergency number 112<\/strong>, the on-call medical service\n              at <strong>116&nbsp;117<\/strong>, or the nearest\n              psychiatric emergency room.\n            \n<\/p>\n          <\/div>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"liability\">\n\n          <h2>11. Liability<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            Resonanzraum is liable, within the scope of statutory provisions,\n            for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.\n          <\/p>\n          \n<p>\n            The client\n            remains solely responsible for any decisions or actions\n            taken as a result of the counseling.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Liability for the achievement of specific counseling goals or\n            for indirect consequences of individual decisions is,\n            to the extent permitted by law, excluded.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"confidentiality\">\n\n          <h2>12. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n\n          <p>\n            The content of the counseling sessions is treated confidentially.\n            Information is generally not disclosed to third parties without the consent\n            of the client.\n          \n<\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Exceptions may apply if there is a legal obligation\n            to disclose information or if there is an immediate danger to the life or physical well-being\n            of the client or another person.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            \nThe disclosure of information to physicians,\n            therapists, or other professionals generally\n            requires prior consent.\n          <\/p>\n\n        <\/section>\n\n\n        <section class=\"rr-legal-block\" id=\"datenschutz\">\n\n          <h2>13.
